Our Impact
For over 50 years, CFPA has been making an impact in our community.
Our Monthly Impact
We have adapted and strengthened existing programs to serve more vulnerable and isolated community members with safe housing, food (including culturally specific food), technology support, getting vaccinated, access to healthcare and quality of life for seniors aging in place. Through our program expansion, we have increased the number of older adults and low-income neighbors connected to our network of supports and services for the nourishment and safety of our community, combatting the devastating impact of social isolation as we work to keep older adults connected, supported, and living independently.
