Fara Diaz (she/her)

Fara has been working with seniors for most of her adult life. It is most definitely her passion. She started out working in a skilled nursing facility as a CNA. She has also worked in assisted living, hospitals, and home care as a CNA. She then continued her career as a General Manager of Independent Living Communities.

For the last three years Fara has been working as a case manager at a different location really love what she does. Far believes that helping seniors and their families find the resources that they need to stay independent as long as possible is one of the most rewarding occupations there is.

Fara is a mother of three, two girls and a boy. They are all young adults now. Her two girls live in Oregon, her son lives in Washington. She has one granddaughter who is two years old, and another grandbaby on the way! Her oldest daughter was just engaged in April and will be getting married in May!

Fara lives in a rural area with 6 acers of land. She and her partner have 2 rottweiler dogs, two cats, and a bearded dragon.
