Richard Watson (he/him)

Richard moved to Portland from the United Kingdom at the end of 2023. He has a degree in Accounting but initially pursued a different career, supporting young people for lower socioeconomic households for non profit organizations. He has served as the Director of Operations for the national charity IntoUniversity which supports over 30,000 young people a year and then as Chief Executive for the startup charity MyBigCareer which offered career coaching to young people across the UK. He enjoys working for value based organizations and is motivated by supporting others to succeed and become leaders in their own roles. . 

When not at the CfPA you will probably find Richard outside on his bike or up a mountain and once the sun goes down he loves to read (recommendations please!) and attend concerts.
